Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Team Leader - EDC Sales. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure that project goals and deadlines are met. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, mentoring team members, conducting performance evaluations, and improving team efficiency. Additionally, the Team Leader will be responsible for reporting progress, identifying training needs, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in project planning and execution
Ability to motivate and mentor team members
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field
Experience in the financial services or technology industry is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
