Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Leader based in Pune with some allowances for working from home. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, ensuring targets are met, coordinating with other departments, and providing training and guidance to team members. Responsibilities also include handling client interactions, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
