Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Telecaller at Propbizz. The Telecaller will handle day-to-day tasks, including reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, promoting properties, and providing detailed information regarding property features and prices. The role will also involve responding to client inquiries and scheduling site visits to help clients make informed purchasing decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in communication, telecommunication, and active listening skills Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills Basic knowledge of real estate trends, property features, and pricing Familiarity with CRM software and data entry experience Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle customer queries effectively A positive attitude, multitasking ability, and strong interpersonal skills Fluency in multiple languages (especially regional languages) is a plus Previous experience in real estate or telemarketing is an added advantage
