Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives in an international voice process.
• Monitor and manage daily team performance against targets and KPIs.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain team discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with management to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as a Team Lead in an international voice process (mandatory).
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexible with rotational shifts if required.
