Team Leader - Operations

• A Team Leader-Operations manages daily tasks, guides a team to meet performance goals, ensures smooth workflows, and optimizes processes by delegating, coaching, resolving issues, and reporting metrics, acting as the main link between staff and management for operational excellence and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities
• Team Management: Supervise daily activities, delegate tasks, set deadlines, and motivate team members.
• Performance & Goals: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track progress, and ensure the team meets productivity and quality targets.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and foster skill development.
• Process Improvement: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, implement new strategies, and suggest improvements.
• Communication & Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary contact, resolve internal conflicts, and maintain open communication.
• Reporting: Prepare performance reports, track metrics, and communicate updates to upper management.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and operational procedures.
• PC skills, particularly MS Excel. Typical Duties
• Conducting team meetings and one-on-one check-ins.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and external regulations.
• Managing team resources and workload. Building a positive and motivating work environment.

Pay: ₹13,382.83 - ₹41,106.38 per month
