Role Overview:

As a B2C Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with clients in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor the B2C sales team to achieve revenue targets

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach

* Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, universities, and corporates

* Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals

* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Proven experience in B2C sales leadership, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or training solutions

* Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills

* Experience using CRM tools

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Willingness to travel
