Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader based in Sitapur. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure the successful achievement of key deliverables. Responsibilities include managing and motivating team members, providing guidance, addressing challenges, and maintaining operational excellence. The Team Leader will also coordinate with other departments to drive efficiency and contribute to achieving the organization’s goals.
