Job Description

Looking for a skilled Team Leader with 2 to 7 years of experience in the NBFC sector as a BM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the NBFC sector as a BM.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing and leading a team.
