Job Description

Our busy pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Team Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a team of technicians and clerks. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of three stores and individuals to achieve peak performance and professional growth. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture based on trust and accountability. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews Manage team workload, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure adequate coverage. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily activities of pharmacy technicians, cashiers, and clerks. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting cycle counts of pharmaceuticals and supplies. Manage administrative tasks: daily reports, end-of-day procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support the Pharmacist-in-Charge by taking on operational duties, allowing them to focus on clinical services.
