Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Marketing to lead a team responsible for student counseling, academic promotions, and brand development activities. The candidate will manage a team of marketing executives, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and drive admissions through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and guide a team of marketing executives to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Student Counseling: Oversee the counseling of students and parents about academic courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Lead Management: Ensure timely handling of student inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms.
• Promotional Activities: Plan, organize, and participate in educational campaigns, seminars, housing complex programs, and promotional activities.
• Follow-up & Conversions: Monitor team follow-ups with prospective students and ensure conversion of leads into admissions.
• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with management to design and implement marketing strategies for promoting the school/college brand.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation, maintain student records, and generate performance reports for management.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing/counseling/admissions (educational industry preferred).
• Prior experience in a team leader/supervisory role will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
