Job Title: Team Leader – Marketing & Client DevelopmentJob Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader to lead our client acquisition and telecalling operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, supervising telecallers, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring continuous improvement through regular performance tracking and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Listing Identify and list potential clients through various channels (online directories, referrals, social media, etc.). Develop and maintain a structured database of prospective and existing clients. Create a lead funnel and ensure consistent pipeline development. Team Supervision Manage and supervise the telecalling team to ensure daily targets are met. Monitor call quality and train telecallers to improve performance. Allocate leads and track follow-ups to maintain high conversion rates. Marketing Strategy Implementation Plan and execute local and digital marketing campaigns as per the business goals. Coordinate with design and content teams to prepare promotional materials. Use tools like WhatsApp campaigns, SMS, email marketing, and social media to generate engagement. Performance Reporting Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities, lead conversions, and team performance. Track ROI on different marketing channels and suggest improvements. Provide regular feedback to management with actionable insights. Client Interaction Attend to high-potential clients directly and close deals when required. Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional Responsibilities: Train new telecalling recruits and help them integrate into the team. Suggest and implement CRM tools or systems to streamline operations. Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities. Coordinate with sales or operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Organize and participate in field marketing activities if needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role. Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills. Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting. Target-driven mindset and the ability to handle pressure. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,147.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
