We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in liability reconciliation and excellent leadership skills, with 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Lead and manage a team responsible for liability reconciliation. Oversee daily operations to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of liabilities. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall performance. Train and guide team members on new processes and procedures. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of liability reconciliation principles and practices. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
