Team Leader-International Taxation-Immediate Joiner

• Manage

  German corporate and individual tax compliance

  , including tax returns, filings, and documentation
• Handle

  international taxation matters

  such as cross-border transactions, withholding tax, and tax treaties
• Ensure compliance with

  German tax laws (EStG, KStG, UStG)

  and international tax regulations
• Support

  transfer pricing documentation

  and intercompany transactions
• Assist in

  tax audits, assessments, and correspondence

  with tax authorities
• Analyze tax implications for

  global business operations and restructuring

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for tax planning and advisory
• Monitor changes in

  German and international tax regulations

  and assess business impact
• Provide tax advisory support on

  double taxation avoidance agreements (DTAA)

• Prepare reports, reconciliations, and tax-related MIS for management

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of

  German Taxation / International Taxation

• Experience in

  cross-border tax compliance and advisory

• Understanding of

  OECD guidelines and transfer pricing

• Proficiency in

  German tax regulations and EU tax frameworks

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• German language proficiency (preferred/mandatory – as per role)
