As a Tax Manager in our company, your role will involve managing German corporate and individual tax compliance, including tax returns, filings, and documentation. You will be responsible for handling international taxation matters such as cross-border transactions, withholding tax, and tax treaties. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with German tax laws (EStG, KStG, UStG) and international tax regulations. Additionally, you will support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions while assisting in tax audits, assessments, and correspondence with tax authorities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage German corporate and individual tax compliance - Handle international taxation matters such as cross-border transactions - Ensure compliance with German tax laws and international tax regulations - Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions - Assist in tax audits, assessments, and correspondence with tax authorities - Analyze tax implications for global business operations and restructuring - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for tax planning and advisory - Monitor changes in German and international tax regulations and assess business impact - Provide tax advisory support on double taxation avoidance agreements - Prepare reports, reconciliations, and tax-related MIS for management Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of German Taxation / International Taxation - Experience in cross-border tax compliance and advisory - Understanding of OECD guidelines and transfer pricing - Proficiency in German tax regulations and EU tax frameworks - Strong analytical and communication skills - German language proficiency (preferred/mandatory as per role) In case of any additional details about the company provided in the job description, they are not available in the provided text.
