Key Responsibilities: International Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and review of international tax returns, ensuring compliance with US and European tax regulations. Qualifications: Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Experience: Prior experience or internships in international tax, corporate tax, and transfer pricing is preferred. Knowledge: Strong understanding of US and European corporate tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and OECD guidelines. Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
