Job Description

As a Tax Lawyer at SKMC Global, you will be responsible for handling tax litigation and assessments, drafting petitions, appeals, and legal documents, as well as representing clients before tribunals & appellate authorities. Your role will also involve providing strategic tax advisory & compliance solutions and staying updated with evolving tax laws & regulations. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and overseeing international tax compliance, including DTAA, BEPS, and OECD guidelines. You will conduct transfer pricing analysis, documentation, and reporting as per Indian and global regulations.
