SKMC Global, a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm, is urgently looking to hire a qualified Company Secretary (CS) to join our professional team. The role involves working closely with partners and clients on corporate compliance, secretarial work, and legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling ROC filings, MCA compliance, and other secretarial functions
Drafting resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, and preparing minutes of meetings
Advising clients on Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act requirements
Managing company incorporations, annual filings, and corporate restructuring matters
Coordinating with clients and supporting internal teams on compliance issues
Candidate Profile:
Qualified CS (Membership with ICSI is a must)
1–3 years of post-qualification experience preferred (freshers with strong knowledge may apply)
Experience working in a CA firm or with professional services firms will be an added advantage
Good understanding of MCA portal, LLP forms, and secretarial documentation
Strong communication, documentation, and client-handling skills
Ability to join immediately or within 15 days (preferred)
