Job Description

Drafting of Minutes, Notice, Agendas of Board and General Meetings of the Company including amendment thereto based on the provision of the Companies Act, 2013 and other legal documents as and when required.
Handling periodical Compliances pertaining to
NBFCs

as prescribed by RBI
& Compliance for the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).
Handled the Compliance of the Foreign Subsidiary Companies pursuant to law prevalent in that country.
Maintaining accurate and updated records of shareholders, directors, and other statutory documents along with all Statutory & other registers as per the compliance of the Companies Act, 2013.
Monitor changes in company law and ensure compliance with corporate governance guidelines, listing rules and other regulatory requirements.
Communicate with external advisors, legal counsel and auditors on corporate governance and compliance issues.
Assist in financial reporting and auditing processes,
Filing of Various e-forms with the requisite authority under the Companies 2013.
Liasioning with various Regulatory Authorities including Banks, Financial Institutions
RBI
, SE, ROC, CLB, SEBI, RBI etc. for statutory compliances and obtaining various approvals.
