SKMC Global is looking for a Company Secretary (CS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling ROC filings, MCA compliance, and other secretarial functions
• Drafting resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, and preparing minutes of meetings
• Advising clients on Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act requirements
• Managing company incorporations, annual filings, and corporate restructuring matters
• Coordinating with clients and supporting internal teams on compliance issues

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified CS (Membership with ICSI is a must)

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience

  preferred
• Experience working in a CA firm or with professional services firms will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of MCA portal, LLP forms, and secretarial documentation
• Strong communication, documentation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to join immediately or within

  15 days

  (preferred)
