Job Description

Job Title: Company Secretary
Location: Vesu, Surat
Job Timing: 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Upto 65k

* Roles & Responsibilities:*

Ensure the company complies with legal and statutory regulations.
Maintain and update company records, registers, and filings with MCA.
Prepare and file necessary documents such as annual returns and board resolutions.
Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes accurately.
Advise the board on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Act as a link between management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely filing of financial statements and other statutory forms.
Monitor changes in corporate laws and suggest necessary company policy updates.
Assist in drafting legal agreements, contracts, and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information and documents.

*Preferred Candidate Profile:*

Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate laws.
Hands-on experience in ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and compliance management.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Proficient in MS Office and compliance software tools.
Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Ability to coordinate with management, auditors, and regulatory bodies effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proactive in keeping up with legal and statutory updates.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and ethical integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
