Job Summary:

Team Leader Intelligent Infrastructure Services

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers/analysts to deliver IT infrastructure services.
Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of intelligent infrastructure solutions (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).
Drive automation, optimization, and monitoring of IT infrastructure to improve performance and reduce downtime.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of infrastructure services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business requirements.
Manage incidents, problems, and change requests while ensuring SLA adherence.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements for infrastructure modernization.
Prepare and review technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Mentor, coach, and upskill team members for technical and professional growth.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new infrastructure products/solutions.
