As a Team Leader Inside Sales in the real estate sector at Home Bazaar Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing inside sales team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Prior Experience in Real Estate Inside Sales/ Pre Sales. - Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership roles. - Strong understanding of inside sales strategies and tactics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
