Job Description

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate (mandatory)

  • 24 to 36 months of experience as a Team Leader

    , ideally in

    GIS or mapping-based processes and spatial analysis/data.

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with

    GIS tools

    (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar)
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams while driving quality, productivity, and compliance with mapping standards
  • Excellent

    analytical, reporting

    , and

    escalation management

    skills
  • WFO
  • Must be

    ready to work in 24x7 rotational shifts

    , including

    night shifts and rotational week offs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and coach a GIS Mapping team of 15–25 members

  • Drive operational metrics, ensure quality and SLA adherence
  • Identify and resolve mapping discrepancies or data issues
  • Utilize geo-spatial tools to monitor accuracy and enhance map data
  • Generate periodic reports and support business with data insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
