Foundever is currently seeking a Team Leader Operations for their Telecom Process into ISP for Navi Mumbai location.

Lead and supervise a team to meet operational goals
Develop and implement strategies to improve processes
Monitor performance and provide feedback
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
80% Inbound 20% Outbound (cross & upselling).
Education : HSC /Grad
Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience as a TL on paper
Process : Experience in Telecom Voice Process is mandatory (International)
Background : BPO Experience
Shift Window : 24 x 7 processing days
Week offs : Any 2 days in a week
Location : Airoli
Experience Target : Experience in handling team; have managed clients; hands on excel and people management skills
Skills : Good communication skills; Excel knowledge ; People management ; Leadership skills; Quick Learner; Adaptability, handled attrition & shrinkage ,Schedule Adherence ,Login Hours Breaks ,CSAT, DSAT ,AHT Quality Bottom Quartile Management, NPS, Upselling
Notice Period : Minimum 30 days or immediate
