Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of
25 50 outbound calling agents
, most likely with experience in domestic EdTech calling setups.
Conduct live call monitoring, offer real-time coaching, and manage escalations to maintain quality and conversion standards.
Develop and refine outbound calling scripts and strategies for high-impact performance.
Utilize
CRM tools and auto-dialers
for campaign tracking and optimization.
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align lead database, messaging, and campaign objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training to build scalable outbound teams.
Leverage insights to drive improved metrics and engage effectively across verticals.

Requirements

Must-Have:

3 10 years of experience in leading outbound domestic calling teams
especially in EdTech/BPO environments like Byju s
.
Proficiency in CRM, auto-dialer systems, and performance dashboards.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Results-driven, data-oriented, and process disciplined.

Preferred:

Direct experience with
domestic outbound processes
in EdTech (e.g., Byju s) or similar.
Budget management experience and ability to foster a
performance-centered culture
.
Familiarity with high-volume, conversion-driven call operations.
