TEAM LEADER

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our B2C credit transfer operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team, drive performance, ensure process compliance, and deliver excellent service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team handling credit transfer processes and customer interactions.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within set timelines.
• Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Track daily productivity, generate performance reports, and ensure targets are met.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge and policies.
• Maintain a high level of compliance and data security standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
