Team Leader - Debt Collections (Domestic Process)


Location: Kakkanad, Cochin


Team Leader - Debt Collections in our Domestic Process team


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Collection Executives to ensure targets and performance goals are consistently met.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve issues related to debts from customers across the domestic market.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide tailored solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Track and analyze team performance, providing guidance and support for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations and transactions in the database.
  • Escalate priority issues to higher management as needed, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Participate in client briefings, team meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on company processes and industry best practices.
  • Ensure that team members adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and performance metrics.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in collections (Domestic Process) with at least 2 year in a team leadership capacity.
  • Strong communication skills (English or Hindi).
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable working in a shift-based environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team, set performance targets, and drive results.
  • Previous experience in a domestic process is highly preferred.


Salary: Negotiable
