Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collection Executive based in Kochi. The Debt Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients, maintaining accurate records, and working to ensure the efficient recovery of debts. Daily tasks include contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, updating client information, and collaborating with the finance team. This role requires fluency in English for effective communication with a diverse client base.
