\-Lead and manage a team of Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) in handling inbound and outbound calls, email queries, and walk\-in customer engagement for various real estate projects.
\-Strategize and execute effective lead management plans to convert high\-potential enquiries into site visits and bookings.
\-Monitor daily lead flow from marketing campaigns (online\/offline) and assign to respective CREs based on lead type and priority.
\-Oversee prompt follow\-up of leads by team members to improve conversion ratios.
\-Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure seamless handover of prospects post\-site visit for closure and registration.
\-Monitor site visit schedules, ensuring timely confirmations, travel arrangements (if needed), and feedback collection from clients.
\-Evaluate CRM reports and dashboards to track team performance, lead aging, drop\-offs, and follow\-up effectiveness.
\-Handle high\-net\-worth clients (HNIs) and NRI enquiries personally, ensuring premium engagement and site visit coordination.
\-Ensure every lead is documented, tracked, and updated in the CRM system with status changes, remarks, and client feedback.
\-Conduct regular briefings with the team to align goals with current project priorities, offers, and availability.
\-Ensure timely communication of project updates, pricing, and availability to all CREs and monitor adherence to communication protocols.
\-Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine lead quality based on team feedback and performance analysis.
\-Ensure efficient handling of all pre\-sales documentation such as enquiry forms, client intent forms, and appointment schedules.
\-Manage escalations related to lead mismanagement, customer dissatisfaction, or team inefficiencies.
\-Maintain client\-centric service protocols and ensure the first point of contact with Adissia reflects professionalism and care.
