Job Title: Team Leader – Collections

Location: Sultanpur and Karol Bagh - New Delhi

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Collections with a proven track record in managing collection teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, advanced Excel knowledge, and be able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection agents to achieve targets.
• Monitor daily collection activities and ensure adherence to processes and compliance norms.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel (MIS, performance tracking, etc.).
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback/coaching to team members.
• Resolve escalations and ensure effective client/borrower communication.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in team handling within collections only.
• Strong command over MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentable, with good interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Must be available to attend an interview within 2 days of application.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹33,000 (In-hand)
• Incentives + Meal facilities
