Role Description


Channel Partner Relationship Management:

·      Establish and nurture strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) in KDMC market.

·      Collaborate with CPs to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.

Leadership and Team Management:

·      Lead and oversee the Sourcing Team, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective performance. 

·      Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Lead Generation

·      Drive the sourcing team in acquiring high-quality/qualified leads from Channel Partners.

·      Develop strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates. 

·      Utilize market insights to tailor strategies for enhanced lead sourcing.

Offer Creation

·      Innovate and create compelling offers and incentives to motivate Channel Partners and enhance lead generation. 

·      Regularly evaluate and update offers to stay competitive in the KDMC market. 

Market Analysis

·      Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities /actions , and regulatory changes affecting the real estate landscape


Performance Metrics:

·      Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sourcing team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets. 

·      Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance metrics.

Collaboration with Other Departments

·      Work closely with other departments, including Sales and Marketing, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate ( Mandatory )
  • Prior work experience with a real estate company mandatory, with a developer.
  • Leadership skills, with experience in team management and mentoring
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive Communication
  • Team Management, Relationship Building
  • Adaptability and Problem Solving
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing best practices and industry standards
  • Able to work on-sites in Kalyan
