Team Leader- Channel Sales

As a Channel Partner Relationship Manager at Sonawane Group, your role will involve establishing and nurturing strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) in the KDMC market. You will collaborate with CPs to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership. Additionally, you will lead and oversee the Sourcing Team, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective performance. Your focus will be on driving the team to acquire high-quality/qualified leads from Channel Partners and developing strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates. It will be crucial for you to innovate and create compelling offers and incentives to motivate Channel Partners and enhance lead generation. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and nurture strong relationships with Channel Partners in the KDMC market - Lead and oversee the Sourcing Team, providing guidance for effective performance - Drive the team to acquire high-quality leads and develop strategies for lead generation - Innovate and create compelling offers and incentives for Channel Partners - Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate landscape - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sourcing team - Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure seamless execution Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate - Prior work experience with a real estate company, preferably with a developer - Leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities - Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills - Adaptability and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Familiarity with sourcing best practices and industry standards - Willingness to work on-site in Kalyan Join Sonawane Group and be a part of crafting communities that resonate with comfort, innovation, and quality.
