Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to oversee our outbound sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience driving business growth and meeting performance targets. Roles and Responsibility
Supervise and mentor a team of outbound sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Conduct daily team briefings to set targets and expectations, ensuring high-quality sales interactions.
Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed team targets, developing call scripts and objection-handling techniques.
Monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback to improve results.
Track individual and team KPIs, including call volume and conversion rates, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Identify training needs and organize periodical trainings to enhance team performance.

Job
Graduate or Master''s degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong leadership skills and excellent sales acumen, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address escalated customer queries promptly.
Experience in managing teams and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
