Team Leader

Bellway Realtech is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Team Leader to manage and guide our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Develop sales strategies to improve lead conversion and closing ratios. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits with the team. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance. Assist in negotiation and closure of deals to ensure revenue growth. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. Ensure professionalism, discipline, and productivity within the team. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team. Good understanding of the Noida real estate market is preferred. Target-oriented, confident, and proactive personality. Ability to manage multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment.
