Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and motivate our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep real estate knowledge, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining team spirit and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement. Manage team performance through regular meetings and activity reviews. Generate business through client meetings, site visits, and closing deals. Assist team members with client negotiations and final closings. Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing and HR for recruitment and lead support. Maintain detailed reports of team sales activities and performance metrics. Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales (team handling preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Must be confident, presentable, and goal-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
