We're Hiring: Team Leader – eCommerce Sales | Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales/customer service executives
• Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through individual and team performance
• Conduct regular follow-ups on leads, abandoned carts, and customer inquiries
• Train and onboard new team members; conduct regular performance reviews
• Implement structured reporting using Google Sheets or Excel
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, sales volume, follow-ups, and closure rates
• Work closely with the sales manager and operations team to align with business goals
• Track and report on individual and team performance in real-time

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-5 years of experience in telesales / customer service / eCommerce sales
• Previous experience in leading a sales team (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong follow-up discipline and performance tracking
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Energetic, aggressive, and passionate about achieving numbers
• Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
