About the Role:

Senior Video Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the video creation lifecycle — editing and post-production
• Personally handle high-quality editing and motion graphics using

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and

  After Effects

• Guide, review, and provide feedback to the in-house team of 2–3 video editors to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery
• Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and track the production pipeline
• Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to convert briefs into compelling videos
• Ensure brand guidelines and creative direction are followed across all video assets
• Implement AI-based video workflows to speed up and innovate the video production process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience

  in video editing and visual storytelling
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a small creative/video team
• Strong command over

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and

  After Effects

• Working knowledge of

  AI-based video creation tools

  (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Veo 3, etc.)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Sharp eye for visual aesthetics, sound design, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team under tight deadlines
• A strong portfolio showcasing both personal and team-managed video projects

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with 3D or immersive/VR content
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Basic scriptwriting or storyboarding skills
