Position:

Role Overview

Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team
by guiding, motivating, and monitoring performance to achieve monthly sales targets.
Drive real estate sales and conversions
by ensuring effective follow-ups, client meetings, site visits, and deal closures.
Oversee lead allocation and CRM updates
to ensure accurate tracking, timely follow-ups, and adherence to the sales process.
Train and mentor team members
on project knowledge, sales presentations, negotiation, and objection handling.
Handle escalations and coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams
to ensure smooth property closures and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
1–4 years of experience in real estate sales or team-leading roles.
Strong knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market and customer buying behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
