What Youll Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Set the Vision:

  Define team goals, prioritize projects, and ensure alignment with product and business objectives.

• Grow Talent:

  Recruit, mentor, and inspire UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, inclusion, and continuous learning.

• Problem-Solve:

  Navigate complex design challenges and resolve conflicts with empathy and clarity.

Design Strategy & Execution

• Champion the User:

  Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecyclefrom concept to launch.

• Lead by Example:

  Shape UX strategy, guide design decisions, and ensure solutions meet usability and accessibility standards.

• Drive Process Excellence:

  Oversee research, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing to inform design improvements.

• Maintain Quality:

  Establish and evolve design systems and guidelines for consistency across products.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner Across Teams:

  Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences.

• Influence & Present:

  Communicate design rationale effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

• Manage Expectations:

  Align on scope, timelines, and deliverables while building trust with partners.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in UX design and leadership roles.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in design thinking, user research, and usability testing.
• Proficiency with tools like

  Figma

  , prototyping platforms, and familiarity with

• Knowledge of modern UI principles, design systems, and emerging technologies.
