Team Lead – US IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
• Drive the full recruitment life cycle: requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and on-boarding.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.
• Ensure the team has a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing (Job Boards, ATS, Networking, Referrals, Social Media).
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, domain expertise, and cultural fit.
• Handle contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring requirements.
• Negotiate pay rates, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and employment terms with candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture within the team.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for present and future requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in

  US IT Recruitment

  .
• Prior experience leading/managing a team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of

  US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)

  and

  visa classifications

  (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, etc.).
• Working knowledge of

  ATS

  (Job Diva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, Jobvite, RecruiterBox) and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, TechFetch).
• Expertise in

  Boolean search techniques

  and keyword-based sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
