Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Team Lead at The House of Real Estate. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate team members, and ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities also include leading strategy discussions, monitoring team performance, solving operational challenges, and aligning team efforts with company goals to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.
