We're Hiring: Team Lead – Tele Sales Executives

Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 3–6 years | Industry: Music Tech / SaaS / Digital Subscriptions

Your Mission

As the Team Lead – Tele Sales, you’ll be at the heart of our subscription business. Your role will involve converting inbound and outbound leads into paid subscribers for Songdew Pro, mentoring a team of sales executives, and closely collaborating with leadership on sales strategies, campaign planning, and product roadmap enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Grow the Team:

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of tele sales executives to exceed conversion targets month after month.

  • Drive Conversions:

Build high-performance sales processes to convert leads (inbound & outbound) into subscribers with a consultative approach.

  • Performance & Reporting:

Track daily KPIs, report performance metrics, and take corrective actions to improve productivity and closure rates.

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:

Collaborate with the leadership team on pricing strategies, sales offers, and territory performance planning.

  • Product Feedback Loop:

Act as the voice of sales in product discussions — share real customer feedback and help shape the future of Songdew Pro.

  • Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute call-based campaigns in sync with marketing — launch promos, reactivation drives, and territory-specific pushes.

  • CRM & Process Excellence:

Ensure disciplined use of CRM tools for tracking leads, maintaining follow-ups, and building predictable pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a team lead role
  • Proven ability to drive conversion-focused telesales campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with Excel/CRM tools, data dashboards, and weekly performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to lead by example — someone who can coach, close, and create high-impact strategies
  • Experience in SaaS / EdTech / Subscription-based models is a plus
  • Passion for music, creators, or digital platforms is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
