From digital distribution and sync licensing to our 24/7 indie-music TV channel and cutting-edge promotional tools, we help artists connect with brands worldwide. As we continue to grow our music-release services, we’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Care Executive to join our team. Role Overview You’ll be the voice of Songdew for artists and partners releasing music on our platform. Every day, you’ll provide timely, accurate assistance—resolving queries, guiding releases, and ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from upload to launch. If you love music, thrive on helping people, and can juggle details with empathy, this is the role for you. What We’re Looking For Experience : 1–2 years in customer support or client services, preferably in digital media, music tech, or related fields. Communication : Excellent written and verbal English skills; ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Empathy & Patience : Genuine desire to help artists succeed, with calmness under pressure. Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively. Team Player : Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and eager to contribute ideas.
