Job Description

Role

(in 100 to 150 words)

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates for various roles, with a focus on domestic hiring.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, skill requirements, and candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, headhunting, networking, and job boards.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure hiring goals are met.
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve the hiring process.

Job Responsibilities

Must have

Preferred BFS hiring experience of 3 to 4 years
Should have working exposure from BPO industry

Must be a Graduate

Proven work experience as a BPO recruiter or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Experience leading recruitment teams or managing large hiring projects.

Shifts timings:

11:00 am to 8:30 pm
