Team lead Semi technical support

As a Team Leader at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives. Your role will involve managing team performance and metrics, providing coaching and guidance to team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving escalations. You will also collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services, as well as develop and implement team strategies and initiatives.
