Team Lead - Sales

The Telesales Manager will oversee a team of telesales representatives to ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring the team's performance, providing guidance and training, and driving strategies to optimize sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of telesales techniques, and a proven track record in achieving sales goals. You will lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales executives to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitoring team performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity will be key responsibilities. Providing training, coaching, and support to team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge is essential. Developing and executing sales strategies to boost revenue and customer acquisition will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will ensure the team maintains a high level of professionalism and delivers excellent customer service. Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner, as well as preparing and presenting reports on team performance, sales metrics, and areas for improvement will be crucial tasks.
