Team Leader – Commercial / Residential Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives
Set targets for the team and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals
Handle client inquiries and convert leads into successful deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and branding efforts
Guide clients through site visits, negotiations, documentation, and closing
Stay updated with market trends, project launches, and competitor activities
Report performance metrics, sales updates, and market insights to management regularly
Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines

Requirements:

Proven experience in
commercial or residential real estate sales
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a target-driven environment
In-depth knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate platforms
