Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team to achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The primary tasks include managing daily team activities, monitoring sales performance, providing training and guidance to team members, developing sales strategies, and ensuring smooth collaboration with clients and developers.

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor team members effectively
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify and implement effective strategies
• Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
