Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Python/AI team in building scalable solution architectures using source technologies.
• Drive technical discussions with clients in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Create effort estimation matrices for solutions and deliverables to support delivery planning.
• Implement AI solutions including:
• Data pre-processing
• Feature engineering
• Model deployment
• Integration with downstream tasks
• Edge/error handling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML engineers, software engineers, and product managers to align technical execution with business needs.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers in Python, AI, and ML domains.
• Deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions through technical presentations.
• Develop and deploy new AI features following high-quality coding standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in debugging and exception handling.
• Proven experience in developing and managing AI systems in production environments.
• Hands-on expertise in modern ML & NLP frameworks, such as:
• scikit-learn
• PyTorch
• TensorFlow
• Hugging Face
• SpaCy
• Facebook AI XLM/mBERT
• Experience with AWS services, including:
• EC2
• S3
• Lambda
• SageMaker
• Familiarity with modern collaborative development practices:
• Git version control
• Code reviews
• DevOps practices
• CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient in essential development tools and libraries:
• Git, Docker, GitHub, Postman
• NumPy, SciPy, Pandas
• Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly
• Experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Comfortable working in Agile development environments.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and API integrations.
• Certifications in AI/ML/DL/MLOps from AWS.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI API.
• Proficiency in the Japanese language is a strong plus.
