Team Lead - Operations

As a Team Lead Operations at upGrad, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team to ensure the successful delivery of programs and the achievement of learner outcomes. You will play a crucial role in planning, strategizing, and coordinating with various stakeholders to shape learning experiences for working professionals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to enhance learner outcomes. - Taking ownership of processes, identifying gaps, and conducting root cause analysis to address them effectively. - Driving the success of learners in the Management and Education domain. - Leading and guiding a team of associates and senior associates. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers, and Corporate Partnerships to ensure seamless program delivery and learner success. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institute. - Have at least 3 years of experience in consulting firms, fast-growing startups, or edtech companies. - Possess strong problem-solving skills with a focus on driving execution and closing identified gaps. - Exhibit excellent people skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Demonstrate a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions. - Ideally, have prior experience in managing a team of delivery executives, preferably in the edtech sector.
