As part of our continued growth, we are looking for motivated Team Leads to guide our clinical coordination teams and ensure seamless service delivery across all levels.

Role Overview:

As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and empowering your team to deliver outstanding performance in managing clinician inquiries, patient coordination, and scheduling activities. You’ll be responsible for driving quality, compliance, and productivity standards while ensuring real-time issue resolution and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and mentor team members handling clinician and patient coordination.
• Manage clinician visit schedules, ensuring timely authorization and compliance with prescribed frequency.
• Address escalations efficiently and provide real-time support for smooth operations.
• Monitor team performance, focusing on quality, productivity, and adherence to service standards.
• Maintain database accuracy, reports, and time-sensitive tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements:

• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role (healthcare experience preferred).
• Communication: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and database management capabilities.
• Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Shift: Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
